About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits on Ashley Phosphate Rd in North Charleston, and the property shows up in reviews as clean and well lit, with cameras and a gate that people notice when they pull in. Covered and climate-controlled units are both on the menu, plus moving supplies like tape, boxes and bubble wrap if you are packing on site. Most of what reviewers talk about is the staff. Jennifer, the general manager, comes up by name a lot. People describe her as friendly and knowledgeable, and one reviewer said she swapped a reserved unit for one easier to reach in a wheelchair. Others called the sign-up quick and the property well kept. The flip side is worth reading yourself. A few reviewers report water damage in a climate-controlled unit and say fees and insurance were not spelled out up front. Ratings average 4.7 across 314 Google reviews, so most visits went fine. Hours vary, so check before you haul the rig over.
