About Public Storage

This Public Storage on Dorchester Road in North Charleston runs climate controlled indoor units plus drive up outside spaces, and some of those outside spots take vehicles. Units come with rollup doors, and you can book online and go straight to your space instead of waiting at the counter. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, and Rhonda by name, calling her knowledgeable and easy to talk to. People also say the property stays clean and well maintained, and the place feels safe. With a 4.6 from 413 reviews, that lines up with what folks describe. One thing to know before you sign: the gate has been a sore spot. Reviewers report it failing to open through the app and long waits stuck inside. Access is 24/7 otherwise. Worth reading the reviews yourself and asking about gate access when you reserve.
