About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart on S Livernois Rd in Rochester Hills handles more than household overflow. Reviewers mention parking boats and trailers here, and covered storage comes up in what the facility offers. The property is gated, with cameras on site. The staff gets named a lot. Jenny and Norm come up again and again in reviews, described as responsive, friendly and quick to help during sign-up. People call the paperwork easy and the online booking simple. Several reviewers say the property is well-maintained and easy to get in and out of. One thing to know before you sign: a reviewer rented a 10x20 and said the rate went up 22% about two months in, pointing to language in the agreement that allows rate changes. Others call the pricing fair for the area. Climate-controlled units and moving supplies like boxes and tape are available. Hours apply; the gate is not open around the clock.
