About Public Storage
This Public Storage location in Rochester Hills handles self-storage and outdoor vehicle parking, including room for boats and RVs. Gate access runs around the clock, so you can pull in after work or before sunrise without watching the clock. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 357 Google ratings, and the staff names come up a lot. John gets thanked for walking people through rentals, Samara for answering questions, and Ron for helping someone squeeze a 26-foot truck into storage. Reviewers also describe the process as easy and the space as clean. Not every note is glowing. One long-term renter complained about rate increases every few months and a building that ran hot. The office rents standard units from 5x5 up to 10x10, with climate-controlled and elevator-served options upstairs. Online eRental lets you skip the counter and go straight to your unit. The company says it has been at this for nearly 50 years. The site is wheelchair accessible.
