About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits at 23711 Miles Rd in Warrensville Heights, and the lot handles more than just household clutter. Covered storage is on the menu, which matters if you want your rig out of the Ohio weather. The property is gated and watched by security cameras. Reviews land at 4.0 from 231 people, and the staff names that come up are Dan and Trish. Reviewers describe them as polite, patient and good at walking through fees. One customer watched Dan stay calm through a yelling match and keep treating people kindly. Another praised Trish for handling rude customers with patience. Not every review is warm. Some mention trash and discarded belongings outside the units, and one person worried about pests. Others said the gate was hard to open and that a paving project blocked access without warning. A few complained about a rent increase. It is worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign anything.
