About D and R Self Storage Inc.
D and R Self Storage is a newer facility in New Braunfels with self-storage units, both climate and non-climate, plus RV and boat storage. They also rent mini office space. Cameras are on site. Reviewers often bring up the staff, and Kathy the manager gets named for being personable and willing to help, including through a stressful move. Others say units are clean and the price was fair. The flip side: some reviewers report catalytic converter thefts and say the camera footage was not clear enough to identify anyone. A few also mention trouble reaching the office by phone and a gate that was not working. The lot sits close to an RV park, though at least one renter wished for a direct entrance between the two. Ratings average 3.9 across 17 reviews, so read a few before you commit.
