About Deer Park Mini Storage
Deer Park Mini Storage is a self-storage lot in Deer Park, WA, with units that reviewers describe as older and a little rusty. One renter called them sound and dry, which is what counts. Another had stuff there about a year with no mice droppings, no theft, and no water damage. Price comes up a lot in the reviews, and reviewers say it is hard to beat. One mentions a 10 x 18 unit, and another liked being able to handle everything online. Several people praise the managers as friendly and willing to work with you on payments. Not every review is good. One person reported a break-in and said the cameras were not running. Another said the rent goes up every six months. Hours are limited, open six days a week, closed holidays.

“The price can not be beat. I'm paying $80 for a 10 x 18 unit. Granted, the units are older and a little rusty like someone else reviewed, but they're sound and dry and that's the most important thing when looking for storage.” – Satilla M., 6 years ago, on Google
