About Storage Solutions Nine Mile/Suncrest

Storage Solutions sits at the corner of Hwy 291 and Swenson Rd, next to the Rosauers and Ace Hardware in Nine Mile Falls. It serves the Suncrest, Nine Mile, North Spokane and Stevens County areas. For RV and boat owners there is large covered storage, plus vehicle storage and standard self-storage units in a range of sizes. Some units are heated and cooled. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place is and how helpful the staff are. One person stored here for three years and never had trouble getting to their unit. Others mention wide aisles that make backing a rig in less of a production, and a setup process that was simple from the first phone call. Scott gets named a lot for remembering customers by name and walking them through their options. Gate access runs 6 am to 10 pm with 24-hour security and alarm monitoring. The site is lit, the grounds are kept up, and online payments are available. Moving carts are on hand, and the office sells packing and moving supplies. The business is veteran-owned and women-owned.
