About Dutchmans Bay Storage
Dutchmans Bay Storage sits on S. Peninsula Rd just outside East Jordan, close to the Dutchmans Bay Boat Ramp and handy for Lake Charlevoix and Boyne City. Reviewers call it easy to reach. One tenant booked two units online in minutes, signed the lease there and got the unit number by email. The buildings hold covered and indoor storage for boats, vehicles, trailers and household items. The name people keep bringing up is Max. Reviews describe him answering quickly, even when the timing was not ideal, and having a stored vehicle ready in spring with tires at the right pressure and the battery charged. Another renter says the owner is friendly and easy to contact. Clean, dry units come up more than once. One reviewer with two large units on opposite sides of the building saw no water inside after heavy rain, and another reports no mice, leaks or damage. Snow gets shoveled in winter, though one tenant had to do it once. Seasonal boat services include haul out, winterization, canopy removal and detailing.
