East Florian Avenue RV & Boat Storage

About East Florian Avenue RV & Boat Storage

East Florian Avenue runs an outdoor storage yard on a quiet Mesa lot, set up for RVs, trailers, boats, campers and trucks. The yard is fully fenced and backs onto neighboring lots on three sides, so there are no alleys or streets behind it or beside it. The front is fenced too, and the gate gets locked every night. It sits about a mile from Loop 202 and US-60, which works for folks around Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Apache Junction and the wider East Valley. Access is available around the clock. Two friendly family dogs share the property, and the grounds are kept clean and clutter free. Google shows a 5.0 rating, though it rests on a single review. One reviewer noted quick responses and easy availability but said their unit was too long to get into the space easily, so it is worth checking that your rig fits before you commit. Another called it a great experience and location.
