The place has a 3.8-star rating from 34 Google reviews, and the feedback is a mixed bag. Many reviewers highlight the cleanliness of the units and the security of the facility. Several mention Whitney by name, saying she made signing up easy and was accommodating when they were on a tight schedule. One reviewer noted they chose the place because of the positive reviews and were not disappointed with the service. But not everyone had a smooth experience. A few reviews mention billing problems after canceling and difficulty resolving charges. One reviewer reported theft from their unit and said the insurance they paid for didn't cover it.
