About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the west side of Albuquerque runs a clean facility with indoor units and climate control. Reviewers frequently mention the clean units and secure storage. A college student wrote that the staff made the process less intimidating and explained everything simply. Easy check-in and quick setup come up in reviews. One person said they booked online and paid without trouble, and a walk-in customer was helped by John. Another reviewer called with a question and got a fast follow-up call. A few people mention short term storage and working gates. Not every review is positive. One customer reported a rat infestation and lost belongings, saying the units seemed too exposed to the outdoors. Another saw their rate go up by more than 50% after four months and had trouble getting a call back. The facility is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly.
