About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits in Albuquerque, right off the freeway, which one reviewer storing a truck there called easy to reach. It handles self storage plus automobile and boat storage, so there is room for more than just a rig. Across 797 Google reviews the rating sits at 4.8, and the staff come up constantly. Reviewers name James, Sara, Ruben and Stacy by turns, describing them as polite, efficient and willing to walk through the process. Clean property and clean units get mentioned a lot too, and the sign-up is described as quick and fairly painless. Not every review is glowing. One customer had trouble getting a straight answer on the late-fee policy in their lease, and another reported a break-in and said the cameras did not cover every spot. The property has cameras and wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Hours are posted, so it is not a 24/7 gate.
