About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 232 S Lake St in Aurora, near S Lake St and W Galena Blvd. It covers self storage, vehicle storage, and boat storage, with small, medium, and large units available. Climate control and drive-up access are among the options, and online reservations are accepted. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Tim, the store manager, gets named for walking people to units, answering questions, and switching a unit on the spot after a lock problem. Nina and Sam come up too for patience and for showing alternate units when someone isn't sure of size. With 677 reviews and a 4.8 rating, the help at the counter is the recurring theme, along with clear explanations during the rental process. Not everyone is a fan. One reviewer complained about an old building and mice droppings and said they moved out. Worth knowing if you're storing furniture rather than a rig.
