About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location in Austin holds a 4.8 rating across 262 Google reviews, and the staff gets most of the credit. Reviewers name Isaac, Chuck, Mr. Brown and Lindsey by name for being patient and willing to walk people through unit sizes. One renter reserved online and got a call within half an hour, locked in and moving in the same hour. Cleanliness and clear aisles come up more than once. One review mentions the aisles stay easy to steer even with a full size truck. Others call the place safe and the property well kept. The category listing covers self-storage plus automobile and boat storage, so ask what fits your rig. One reviewer did note a catch: if you lose your gate code and nobody is in the office, you may be stuck waiting for someone to let you through. Rates and deals get mentioned as fair. Reserve online or stop by.
