About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Decker Dr in Baytown, with outdoor parking spaces for rigs and a gate with electronic access. The lot is fenced and covered by cameras, and there are climate controlled units on site too. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. People mention Brittney and Ms. Ty by name and describe quick rentals, patience and follow-up calls to make sure the gate code was set. One reviewer said the manager checked in the day after reserving. Cleanliness comes up often, and so does the range of unit sizes. Not everyone is sold. One reviewer said their unit was broken into twice in four days and complained that cameras only cover the parking lot, not the buildings or units themselves. Keep that in mind if security is your main reason for picking a spot. The facility is wheelchair accessible and open during posted hours, not around the clock.
