About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Bensalem side of things runs a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage. It holds a 4.9-star rating across 894 Google reviews, and the feedback leans heavily on one thing: the staff. Steve gets named a lot. Reviewers say he's polite, knowledgeable, and quick to follow up, whether he's sizing a unit or walking someone through a rate question. The place itself draws steady comments for being clean, from the office to the units. People mention an easy setup and easy payments, and a few note a free lock when they signed up. Sizes run small to large, and the team helps sort out which one fits your load. It's wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking, and the office is stocked with moving supplies if you need boxes on the way out. Hours are posted but it's not a 24/7 gate. Call ahead or reserve online before you haul the rig over.
