About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility on Jonathan Dr near N Curry Pike, and the reviews back up the rating. Out of more than 1,000 Google reviews it holds a 4.8, and the staff comes up again and again. People name Bambi and Brian specifically for being kind and helpful. One reviewer kept four units with a single phone call. The place sits on clean grounds and is heavily monitored with cameras, which reviewers mention without being asked. Units come in small, medium, and large, and there are climate control and drive-up options along with vehicle storage. One long-term customer called eight years there uneventful in all the good ways. Not every review is glowing. One person paid for a climate control room, found it humid, and dealt with a ceiling leak that damaged a couch. That is worth knowing before you sign. For most people the draw is simple: a clean, well-watched lot and staff who pick up the phone.
