About Mini Mall Storage - Bloomington
Mini Mall Storage sits on North Jackson Street off West 17th, next to Klaiber's Sewing Center and across from The Prep School. The place offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage, including boat storage. It's gated with cameras and 24/7 access. Climate control is available if you need it. Reviewers often mention Greg at the front desk. He's helped people sort out autopay issues, walked them through units, and even pitched in with heavy items. Folks say units are clean and tidy, pricing is upfront and competitive, and entry and exit are easy. One reviewer got a month free. A few others mention coordinating with movers. Not every review is positive. One person reported leaks and mold in some units and said prices have gone up every six months or so. Another had a U-Haul reservation fall through when no one was at the desk. The majority, though, land at 4.8 stars across 206 reviews. Online payments and packing supplies are available.
