About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Bluffton, and the reviews back up the rating. It sits at 4.9 stars across 653 Google reviews, which is a lot of feedback for one location. What comes through most is the staff. Reviewers mention Joanne by name again and again, describing her as patient and thorough, and one person said she got them into a space for their RV. Others talk about the rental process going smoothly and the app setup being easy, and a few mention fair rates and clean units. The site lists small, medium and large units, so there is room to size up or down. One reviewer who used both the Sheridan Park and Red Cedar locations called the facility clean and secure. The office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
