About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage sits in Bluffton, SC, and offers small, medium and large units, including space for RVs and boats. The lot is gated, and the office has posted hours rather than round-the-clock access. Online reservations and walk-in rentals both come up in reviews. A lot of the feedback centers on the people, especially Kayla at the front desk. Reviewers call her helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and one mentions she walked them through the contract and showed the unit first. Another says she handled a same-day rental when they were stressed, and a Spanish-speaking customer notes she was kind about the language barrier. The physical side gets solid marks too. People describe clean units and a well-managed, maintained property. Reviewers with RVs, tools and whole households of belongings all say they would come back. The rating is high across more than a thousand reviews, which is unusual for storage.
