About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits on E Cave Creek Rd near N Basin Rd, in the middle of Cave Creek. Reviewers describe the property as clean and well maintained, and several say the area feels safe. It shows up as a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, so RV owners pass through here too. Most of the recent praise goes to the staff. Sam and Jason come up by name, and people say they explain things clearly and are easy to talk with. One reviewer had a unit assigned at the wrong location and got it sorted out with a refund and a new unit. Others mention quick setup and fair prices. Access gets mentioned more than once. One renter with a second floor unit was worried about hauling gear upstairs, then found you can pull right up to the lift with carts waiting. Another got a unit her daughter could reach easily in her own vehicle. The office is small but tidy. Call ahead for current hours and availability.
