About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on N Black Mountain Pkwy in Cave Creek, near N Black Mountain Blvd and E Carefree Hwy. It handles self storage plus vehicle, trailer and boat parking, with covered and outdoor spots among the options. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Norissa gets named for walking people through rentals and swapping out a rusty lock at no charge. One visitor needed a covered spot with electricity for a motorhome over a hot weekend, and this was the only place that would rent for less than a month. Others call the grounds immaculate and easy to move through. The one recurring complaint is price creep. A tenant who parked a trailer outdoors said the rate nearly tripled over two years. Someone lives on the premises, and folks who have rented here for years mention that when they talk about feeling safe.
