About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on W Lincoln Hwy near Division St, and it serves drivers from Park Forest, Matteson, Ford Heights, and Richton Park. The place handles vehicle storage along with small, medium, and large units. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Susan gets named for walking people through unit transfers and for knowing the rates. Rich comes up more than once, including a reviewer who says he helped move a couch and fixed a stuck U-Haul ramp in the heat. Others call the facility clean and the process easy to talk through. One long-term customer mentions getting a text when a car cover blew off. Cameras are on site, and the lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible. The address is in Chicago Heights, and the lot runs on set hours rather than around the clock. Rates in the reviews are described as good in-store, though no figures are listed here.
