About Extra Space Storage
On a lot in Cicero, this Extra Space location handles indoor climate controlled units and outdoor parking, so you can pick between covered space and open air for your rig. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People name Renee and Chris for walking them through the facility, explaining pricing and how increases work, and sorting out problems fast. One customer had a door issue and was moved to another unit rather than left waiting. Another rolled in near closing and got help anyway. The word respectful shows up a lot. Cleanliness gets mentioned too, with units described as free of pests and smells. Reviewers also flag the secure area and straightforward booking. It is a self-storage facility first, so check with the office on what fits your RV before you commit.
