About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on 62nd St N in Clearwater, and RV owners show up here for the covered and outdoor parking. One reviewer moved a 33 foot fifth wheel into a covered spot after the staff walked the lot with them to find one tall enough. That kind of thing comes up a lot in the reviews. Staff get named by customers more than anything else, and Rachid shows up again and again for being prepared before people arrive and taking time to match them to the right space. Reviewers also call the place clean and the process fast, and several mention booking online. There's gated electronic access, climate controlled units, and boat storage here too. Not every review is glowing. One customer booked a unit online and found the actual space much smaller than the photos suggested, and couldn't reach anyone after 6pm. Another flagged the cost of the insurance add-on. Worth reading the fine print before you reserve.

What renters mention
“Booking online made this a very easy decision, and as it does for most of us.. their location had a lot to do with it. I set everything up and arrived onsite to verify my ID and start the unload process.” – Logan, 4 months ago, on Google
“I had an amazing experience at this Extra Space Storage location thanks to Rachid! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help me find exactly the storage unit I wanted.” – simon m., 5 months ago, on Google
“Rented a 10x12 storage unit online & said I could have access to it right away. I went to the facility to find out that it was something like 6x8 cage. That is not what the website photos showed me.” – Katrina N., 5 months ago, on Google
