About Public Storage
This Clearwater Public Storage handles more than boxes. Storage types listed here include covered, indoor, and outdoor, and the services cover RV, boat, and car storage. The lot is gated, lit, and open 24/7 with keypad access, and there's an on-site manager. Drive-up access makes it easier to get a rig in and out. Reviewers keep bringing up one employee by name, Crissy. They describe her helping people swap to a unit that fit better and walking new tenants through the app and setup. Others mention Tyler doing the same. One weekender stuck without a spot on Memorial Day said the manager sorted it out. A few people flagged rats and ceiling insulation needing repair, so ask about those when you visit. At 4.8 from 850 reviews, the operation is well regarded overall, mostly for staff and the move-in process. Reserving a space is free with no commitment, and online eRental lets you skip the counter.
