About Extra Space Storage
On North Hercules Avenue in Clearwater, Extra Space Storage runs a big self-storage operation with room for RVs and boats. You can pick from indoor units or outdoor parking spaces, and the place is gated with electronic access. Climate-controlled units are available if you want them, and vehicles are allowed in drive-up units. Reviewers keep bringing up how clean the property is. One person stored their things for two years, through two hurricanes, and said there was barely any dust and not a drop of water inside. Another mentions no bugs or creatures. The staff gets named a lot for being patient and clear, especially when someone needed to switch from an enclosed unit to a parking space. They even tracked down a customer who left items behind. The facility has wide drive aisles, multiple entrance and exit gates, and freeway access nearby. Online rental is an option if you'd rather not come in. With 1,240 reviews and a 4.9 average, it's clearly doing something right for a lot of people.
