Extra Space Storage

About Extra Space Storage

Extra Space Storage sits on N Belcher Rd in Clearwater, and it's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat parking. The types mentioned include covered and outdoor spots, plus climate controlled units if you're storing other things too. It's gated with electronic access, and staff review mentions often credit the team for walking people through the rental process and explaining things clearly. Reviewers repeatedly single out employees like Lauren and Francis for helping with unit selection and switching to a bigger space without a fuss. The place is described as clean, and people mention reliable storage and a simple rental process. A few reviews flag gate code troubles, and one long-term renter called the outdoor unit overpriced after a rate increase, saying management was willing to negotiate. That's worth knowing before you sign. It's a high-volume spot with close to a thousand Google reviews, so read the recent ones yourself. Rates aren't listed here, so ask when you call or stop by.
