About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Groesbeck Hwy in Clinton Township, with covered parking and outdoor spaces that work for RVs. The lot is gated, with electronic gate access and multiple entrance and exit gates. A wide drive makes it easier to swing a bigger rig around. Reviewers keep mentioning Jeff the manager. He charged a customer's dead phone, drove them to their unit, and helped with their things. Another reviewer called the place spotless and well run. People also note the process was explained clearly and the rates felt reasonable. Bluetooth locks come up in reviews, so you aren't paying for a padlock. Other mentions include climate controlled units, a covered loading bay, and flexible move-in dates. There are 915 Google reviews and a 4.9 rating. The office keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock.
