About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Fraser, Michigan, and it handles more than boxes. The unit mix includes indoor climate-controlled spaces with swing doors, and larger outdoor units with rollup doors and drive-up access. One of those, a 10x30, is listed for a boat or vehicle, so an RV owner has somewhere to start. Access runs around the clock, and the site is wheelchair accessible from the parking lot through the entrance. Reviews mention reserving online and skipping the counter with eRental. The company says it has been giving personal attention for nearly 50 years. Most of what reviewers talk about is the staff. Brittney comes up by name again and again, described as sweet, professional and quick to return calls and answer questions. Someone with a problem at another location said Jody stepped in and resolved it. With 369 reviews averaging 4.7, the feedback is steady.
