About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space sits at 503 S Haskell Ave, just off Main St, and it handles the usual mix of household units and vehicle storage. Reviewers bring up the elevators a lot, and one notes they are not huge, so a first-floor unit may be easier for big furniture. The staff get the most praise, by far. Victoria, Denzel, Kianna and Delissa come up by name. People describe them as kind, knowledgeable and quick to help, and one reviewer said Victoria moved her closer to the elevator without being asked. Small gestures land here: cold water offered, a hand with a stuck door. Security shows up in reviews too, with the gates and lighting mentioned. The Dallas rating sits at 4.9 across more than a thousand reviews. One reviewer did flag a rent increase that came without notice, so ask about pricing when you reserve.
