About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Dallas and offers climate-controlled inside units, including large 10x15, 10x20 and 10x30 spaces, some on the ground floor and some reached by elevator. Online rental lets you book and move in without standing at the counter. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Justin, Debra and Leah get named for being friendly and quick to sort out problems, and one long-time customer of six years praised the service. People also describe the property as clean. Not everything is glowing. A cluster of reviews mention rats, with one renter finding droppings and a dead mouse in their unit. Others flag limited office hours and only two carts for the whole building. The rating sits at 4.6 from 654 reviews, so most visitors land on the positive side.
