About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space spot on Shiloh Rd sits near E NW Hwy and pulls in customers from Lochwood, Highland Meadows and Garland. The Google rating is 4.8 across 844 reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a storage lot. Reviewers bring up small units most often, so it seems plenty of people are parking tighter loads here. Staff get called out by name in review after review, with Lee and Lacresha singled out for walking people through unit sizes and making the move easier. Others describe the site as clean and secure after years of storing there. One reviewer had a rougher first-time visit and felt rushed asking questions, so expectations vary by day. On the vehicle side, the facility lists car and boat storage alongside standard self-storage, plus climate control and drive-up access. One warning worth knowing: a reviewer says their monthly rate jumped well above what they signed up for. Ask how pricing works before you commit. The lot is wheelchair accessible.
