About Public Storage
Public Storage on the self-storage side of Dallas has racked up a 4.7 from 313 Google reviews, and the theme that keeps coming up is the staff. Reviewers call out Everett and Marcus Cooley by name for being polite, friendly, and helpful when questions come up. Cleanliness shows up often too. People describe the property as well kept and clean, and more than one mentions it smells fresh. One reviewer appreciated the compassion shown while handling a storage unit for a deceased family member. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about the owner being hard to reach and about a price increase on their unit, and another described ongoing upkeep problems with the drives and drains.
