About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Airport Rd in Destin, and it's set up for more than just boxes. There are drive-up units, and vehicles are allowed in them, so you can pull your rig right to the door. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units are both available. The property is gated with electronic access and multiple entrance and exit gates. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Teri and Jaz get named a lot, described as polite, patient and quick to sort out problems, including one customer who moved their stuff over from another facility. People also mention easy online rental and getting the app set up at the front desk. One reviewer who stored a truck here for about 15 months while living overseas warns that the monthly price went up during that time. That's worth knowing before you sign. Otherwise the reviews lean heavily positive, 4.7 stars across 324 of them, with a lot of praise for how accommodating the team is.
