About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Downingtown side runs a self-storage lot that also takes RVs, boats and trailers. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how simple the rental is and how friendly the staff are. Benjamin and Ben get named a lot. One person rented a whole unit online, found a lock waiting in a welcome bag, and started loading the same day. The lot is easy to drive through, which matters when you're backing a rig. Ground units pick up dust, as one long-term tenant pointed out, so plan on a cover for anything you want kept clean. Entry and access run around the clock, and a four-year customer said sorting out an autopay hiccup took one phone call. Call ahead before you haul the trailer over. Hours are posted, and the office can confirm what fits your rig.
