About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Glenolden has a 4.7-star rating from 340 Google reviews. Reviewers often mention Tom, the manager, by name. He's described as welcoming and professional, and several people say he walked them through the lift, locks, and building info on their first visit. One reviewer noted he stayed helpful even when they arrived five minutes before closing. The property itself gets consistent praise for being clean. People mention spotless units and a well-kept facility. Reviewers also call the storage affordable, and a few note that the check-in process was fast. The company offers small, medium, and large storage units, so you can pick a size that fits your rig or your belongings. Not every review is positive. One long-term customer reported a rodent problem in their unit and said they lost items. That's worth keeping in mind as you weigh your options. The facility is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. Hours are posted, but it's not open 24/7. You can reserve online or stop by.
