About Storage King USA
Storage King USA runs a self-storage spot on Hook Road in Sharon Hill, and it handles more than just household overflow. The listings include automobile, boat and RV storage, so there's a place for the rig when the driveway won't do. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and one name shows up a lot: Raven. People describe her as helpful, detailed and clear about fees and promotions, and one reviewer said she showed additional units without being asked. Another mentions Dawn knowing her stuff and going above and beyond. Climate-controlled units come up too, including one person who booked one by phone while the office was closed. Not every review is glowing. One customer said the generated emails were confusing and contradicted what they signed up for. The site is wheelchair accessible, has online payments and sells packing and moving supplies. Hours are posted but it's not open around the clock.
