About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on S US Highway 71 in Grandview, with outdoor parking for RVs and trailers alongside its regular units. Easy freeway access makes it a simple stop to drop the rig before a trip. The lot is gated and lit, and reviewers repeatedly mention feeling like their things are protected. Kevin, the on-site manager, comes up often in reviews. People describe him walking them through the process, keeping the grounds clean and free of weeds, and noticing when someone or something does not belong. Reviewers also call the staff courteous and the units clean, and several mention reasonable rates and flexibility when they needed a different unit size. One reviewer storing a trailer said the location is convenient and always clean. Climate-controlled units are available too. The office isn't open around the clock, so check hours before you haul out.
