About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Belton, Missouri, and handles more than just household goods. The company also lists RV, boat, and automobile storage among its categories, so there's room for the rig even if it's not a dedicated RV lot. Reviewers often bring up Josh, the property manager, for being helpful and quick to fix problems. One long-time customer said he made the change in ownership easy after thirty years at the facility. Others call the property clean and the staff efficient at answering questions. Price comes up a lot in the 176 Google reviews, which average 4.1 stars. One renter left because costs got too high, and another weighed a move based on pricing, security, and service. The office keeps regular hours rather than 24/7 access. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
