About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Garrett Rd in Houston, and the reviews paint a pretty clear picture of the staff. People keep naming Ivan, Lexa and Karina for being patient, walking them to the unit, and showing how the app works. The facility gets called clean and spacious, with easy access for getting in and out. The company describes a large selection of units in small, medium and large sizes, plus cameras on site, wide drive aisles and helpful staff. A few reviewers mention fishing equipment among what they store, which fits the boat and vehicle storage categories listed for the location. It is not a 24/7 operation and it has set hours, so plan your trip around that. One reviewer complained about rate hikes over a year and said security fell short of expectations. The rest skew positive, with 130 Google reviews averaging 4.8.
