About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on E T C Jester Blvd in Houston. It's a self-storage facility, but RV parking is part of what they offer, both covered and outdoor. There's freeway access close by and a covered loading bay if you need to move things around before you park. Cameras are on site and some units are climate controlled. Reviewers often mention the staff, especially the manager, as kind and helpful. One long-time customer said the place has stayed clean and safe over multiple years. Others point to the rental process and clean units. Not every review is glowing. A few people describe rent going up a few months in, and one says the gate now closes at 10 PM instead of 11, which matters if you store a vehicle. Another reported a break-in. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit.

What renters mention
“The staff are great, they are helpful, and assisted me to negotiate a lower rent. That being said, the company that took over the facility is non responsive and unilaterally changed the contract.” – Jason H., 6 months ago, on Google
“I have been a customer at this location for multiple years and the facility has always been clean and safe. Thomas provides excellent customer service, and worked with me to easily move to a bigger unit for my additional storage needs.” – Tim T., 2 months ago, on Google
“Bea was extremely helpful setting me up in the proper storage unit, and agreement. I had a unique timing issue that she helped me navigate through finding the proper lease and term. Would recommend her help to anyone!” – Luke L., 4 months ago, on Google
