About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Houston and rents units in several sizes, from 10x10 mediums up to 10x25 larges. Some are climate controlled, some are inside with elevator access, and some are ground floor with drive-up rollup doors. The property is gated and open 24/7, so you can get to your stuff on your own schedule. The reviews run 4.6 across about 420 ratings, and what people keep mentioning is the staff. Kevin comes up by name more than once, including from a customer he helped avoid an auction. Maria gets a shout for walking someone through a rushed rental after a hurricane. Reviewers also call the place clean and the lobby organized. Not everyone is happy. A few complain about broken doors and keypads, and one says the manager was hard to reach during business hours. Booking can be done online, and eRental lets you skip the counter. The company says it has been at this nearly 50 years.
