About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on W Hardy Rd in Houston, and the reviews point to the people more than anything else. David comes up again and again for walking customers through the space and answering questions on the spot. Lily stayed past the end of her shift to wait for a payment so a unit could be released the same day. Melissa called ahead to confirm rental costs and arrival time, and one reviewer was in and out fast. The facility is gated with electronic access and offers climate controlled units alongside small, medium and large options. Reviewers mention clean units and pricing that worked for them. With 89 Google reviews at 4.9 stars, the consistency is the story here. It is a self-storage facility that also lists automobile and boat storage. Hours are posted, though it is not open around the clock. If you want to see a unit before committing, the staff take tour requests.
