A few say the rental process is quick, with one person in and out in about 15 minutes. Shirley gets named for walking people through unit sizes and making the rental easy. The secure, camera-monitored feel comes up too. Not every review is glowing. One person had trouble reaching the on-site manager by phone during open hours.
