About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Southside gets a lot of repeat praise for its staff. Reviewers name Connie again and again, saying she walks them through the rental, answers questions and makes move-in quick. Several people mention she went out of her way on late fees and unit switches too. The reviews point to a few practical things. People like the loading dock handling and the climate control options, and a handful call the rent process affordable. One reviewer notes the building is older and the hallway lights cut off after about ten minutes without motion, so plan around that if you are sorting through boxes. The facility offers small, medium and large units, with climate control among the options. Online reservations are available, and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible. Hours apply, so check before you drive over.
