About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Johnston, Rhode Island, and it also handles vehicle storage alongside standard units. The Google rating sits at 4.9 across more than 1,100 reviews, which is a lot of feedback for one location. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, and Alex the manager comes up by name more than once. People describe him as helpful and attentive, and one reviewer said he pulled a spare lock to get them out of a moving-day jam. Others mention the online setup and self access making the process easy. On the practical side, the smallest units start at 5 by 7 feet, so measure your rig before you assume it fits. A few reviewers flagged rate increases after an intro period, so read the contract terms. It's worth a look if you want a clean, well-kept lot near Johnston.
