About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on W Grand Pkwy N in Katy, with easy freeway access and enough room on site for RVs alongside standard units. Parking comes in covered and outdoor options, and the property is gated with electronic access. A manager lives on site, and staff can take deliveries for you. Reviewers tend to single out individual employees by name and describe the move-in process as smooth. Clean units and a secure facility come up often too. A few people mention insurance requirements, so ask about that before you sign. The rating is high at 4.9 from about 600 reviews, though a handful of negative ones complain about rate increases after move-in. Worth reading both sides before you commit. One practical note: storage isn't 24/7, so check the posted hours if you like to move your rig early or late. The office handles truck rentals and sells moving supplies if you need them.
