About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Kingwood Dr in Kingwood, TX. It's a self-storage facility with covered units and a climate controlled option. The property is gated, lit, and watched by cameras. There's a covered loading bay, which helps on a rainy move-in day. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Jose gets named a lot for walking people through sizing, rentals, and move-outs, and for sorting out a rent question that came in higher than expected. People also describe the units as clean and dry and call the security setup impressive. Most of the 370 Google reviews land at 4.9 stars. The process draws praise too, from the online rental to the setup itself. Sizes run small to large. Some reviewers call the pricing competitive and the place a hidden gem. One notes that reaching the onsite staff isn't automatic, though once contacted they respond quickly. Hours are posted; it's not a 24/7 operation. Contact the office to reserve or tour.
